In a bowl take all ingredients like potato, coriander leave, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, chat masala, garam masala, cashew almond powder, red chilli powder, chopped onion
Mix well all potato should be mashed properly
Make small - medium size balls flat them little with plam and make a patties
In a small bowl take 2tbs white flour, cornflour, sufficient amount of water, so we get a liqued consistency batter
Now dip potato pattie in batter on both sides
Cover this pattie with roasted vermicelli very well on sides

Keep these patties in fridge for 15-20 mint so all vermicelli set well
After 20 min deep Fry them all on medium flame, till vermicelli turm light golden brown in colo

For making eggs take 2-3 tbs grated cheese and make small small balls
Put these balls on fried petties, granish with coriander leave, serve hot
